Currency and Order Total
Payments are charged in United States Dollars (USD). Before submitting your order, review the items, shipping charge, any applicable taxes, and final payment total shown at checkout.
If your account uses another currency, your payment provider may apply a conversion rate or additional fees. These charges are determined by your provider.
Checkout with PayPal
When PayPal is available, select it at checkout and follow the instructions on the PayPal payment screen.
You may pay through your PayPal account. A debit or credit card guest checkout option may also appear, depending on your location and PayPal’s eligibility requirements. Guest checkout is not available for every transaction.
After completing the payment steps, return to our store to review your order confirmation.
Checkout with a Debit or Credit Card
You can use the card types displayed at checkout. Enter your billing information as registered with your card issuer, then complete any verification requested by the payment provider.
Card details are handled through the checkout payment provider. Please do not send your full card number, security code, account password, or verification codes to customer support.
Payment Confirmation
Order processing begins after successful payment confirmation. A pending authorization on your account does not necessarily mean an order has been completed.
If you see a charge or authorization but have not received an order confirmation, check your spam folder and contact us before submitting another payment.
Unsuccessful Payments
If a payment cannot be completed, check your billing address, card expiration date, available funds, and any verification prompts.
Your bank or payment provider can explain issuer declines, account restrictions, or authorization holds. Our support team can help check whether an order was created or a payment confirmation was received.
Protecting Your Payment Information
Complete your purchase only through the payment options provided at checkout. Velqonari™ customer support will never ask you to disclose your card security code, payment password, or one-time authentication code.

Refund Payments
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the credit after a refund has been issued.
