Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract, or act with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian where permitted.

Use the store lawfully and provide accurate information when placing an order or contacting us. You must be authorized to use the payment method submitted at checkout.

Some features may allow you to create an account. Keep your login credentials confidential and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Please ensure your email address, delivery address, and billing details are current. If information needs correcting after an order is placed, contact us promptly.

Account closure or suspension does not remove rights concerning an existing purchase, refund, or valid complaint.

Velqonari™ focuses on pet feeding bowls. Each product page provides the specifications and care information applicable to that item.

Screen settings and lighting may affect the appearance of colors. Minor visual differences do not excuse a material discrepancy between the supplied product and its description.

Choose a bowl suitable for your pet’s size and feeding needs. Follow the product’s cleaning and use instructions, and stop using an item if it becomes cracked, broken, or otherwise unsafe.

Product information is not a substitute for veterinary advice.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected items. An automatic acknowledgment confirms receipt of your request; acceptance occurs when we expressly confirm acceptance or dispatch the order.

We may decline an order for a reasonable reason, such as unavailable stock, unsuccessful payment, an unsupported destination, or suspected fraud.

If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund any payment collected for the canceled items and associated unfulfilled shipping services. We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.

Transactions are charged in United States Dollars (USD). Available payment methods appear at checkout and may include PayPal and supported debit or credit cards.

Review the final total before paying. Shipping charges and applicable taxes collected by us will be shown at checkout. Any separately payable import charges are explained in our Shipping Policy.

Future price changes do not alter an accepted order. Your payment provider may apply currency conversion or other account fees independently of Velqonari™.

Promotional offers may have stated eligibility requirements, expiry dates, or usage limits. Those conditions must be available when the offer is presented.

If we discover a material error affecting your order, we will explain it and offer an appropriate resolution. Where a correction changes the agreed price or product, you may choose whether to proceed or receive a refund for the affected purchase.

We will not impose an additional charge without your authorization.

To request a cancellation or address correction, email service@velqonari.com within 12 hours of placing your order.

We will check whether fulfillment can still be stopped or adjusted. Requests within this period are not guaranteed if the order has already progressed beyond the point where a change is possible.

Dispatched orders cannot ordinarily be canceled through this process. Eligible returns and statutory withdrawal rights remain available under our Return & Refund Policy.

Orders are normally prepared within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation, or up to 5 business days during peak periods.

A USD $5.99 shipping charge per order applies to supported destinations. Estimated transit times after dispatch are:

• United States: 10–15 business days.
• Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia: 11–16 business days.
• Other supported destinations: 15–20 business days.

Preparation time is additional to transit time. Orders may ship from our own or partner facilities, including locations outside the destination country.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates. If a parcel is delayed, damaged, or missing, contact us for investigation and an appropriate resolution. Handing a parcel to our contracted carrier does not, by itself, end our responsibility to assist with delivery issues.

Our voluntary return policy allows eligible requests within 30 calendar days after delivery.

Customers generally pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description, we will provide an appropriate remedy at no additional cost to the customer.

Approved refunds under the voluntary policy are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after receipt and inspection. Payment providers may require additional posting time.

Contact us before returning an item to obtain the appropriate destination and instructions. Our registered business address is not a designated return warehouse.

Our store uses Shopify’s ecommerce platform. Purchases from velqonari.com are made with Shenzhen Huiduoduo Network Technology Co., Ltd., rather than with Shopify.

Where the law gives you protections or the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence, this clause does not remove those rights. Contacting support does not prevent you from using an available legal or regulatory remedy.

The current version will be available on this page. Material updates will be identified with their effective date and communicated where required.

Changes apply prospectively and do not retrospectively reduce the rights attached to an accepted order without a lawful basis and any required agreement.

If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply where possible.

A delay in exercising a right does not automatically waive it. Headings assist navigation and do not override the meaning of the text.

Any transfer of our contractual responsibilities must preserve your existing rights and comply with applicable law. Mandatory protections and binding commitments made in connection with your purchase remain effective.
