This page explains how to submit an advertising privacy request to Velqonari™ by email. It does not contain an on-page opt-out switch or a form that saves browser preferences.
Our Privacy Policy explains the information we receive, the purposes for which it is used, and the circumstances in which it may be disclosed to service providers or advertising partners.
Advertising Data Preferences
Where advertising tools are enabled, they may use cookies, device identifiers, or browsing activity to measure campaigns and deliver advertisements based on activity across websites.
Certain privacy laws classify these activities as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, or as targeted advertising. Where applicable, you may request that your information no longer be used or disclosed for those purposes.
Submit an Opt-Out Request
To request an applicable opt-out from the sale or sharing of personal information, or from targeted advertising, email service@velqonari.com with the subject “Privacy Opt-Out”.
Describe the preference you want to exercise. If your request relates to an account or order, include the email address used for that account or purchase so we can locate the relevant records. Do not send passwords, payment credentials, or identity documents in your initial email.
We will review your request, take reasonable steps to verify it where necessary, and respond within the period required by applicable law. An email request does not itself change cookies or settings stored in your browser.
Global Privacy Control
Global Privacy Control (GPC) is a signal sent by supported browsers or extensions to communicate an advertising privacy opt-out preference. It is configured through your browser or extension, rather than through this page.
Where applicable law requires recognition of GPC, qualifying signals must be honored for the browser or device sending them. A signal may not identify your customer account. Email service@velqonari.com if you need help with an account-related request or information about how your preference applies.
Using Other Browsers or Devices
If you use GPC, check that it is enabled in each browser or device where you want to send the signal. For an email request, tell us whether it concerns an identifiable customer account. This page does not store a browser preference, and an email request does not automatically configure other browsers or devices.
An opt-out does not prevent all advertisements. You may continue to see general advertisements that are not selected through the activities covered by your request.
Essential Store Functions
Advertising preferences do not disable information processing needed to receive orders, confirm payments, arrange delivery, provide customer support, prevent fraud, or meet legal obligations.
Opting out of advertising data use does not unsubscribe you from promotional emails. To stop receiving promotional emails, use the unsubscribe option in an email or contact service@velqonari.com.
