This policy explains how to request a return, report a product issue, and receive an eligible refund for purchases from velqonari.com.

Velqonari™ is owned and operated by Shenzhen Huiduoduo Network Technology Co., Ltd.

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery.

For a change-of-mind return, the feeding bowl must be unused, clean, and in its original condition, with its original packaging and any included accessories. Please provide your order number or another valid proof of purchase.

These conditions apply to our voluntary return policy. They do not limit applicable rights concerning faulty goods or statutory withdrawal.

• Your order number.
• The product you wish to return.
• A brief explanation of your request.
• Photographs or videos where relevant to a product issue.

We will review your request and explain the next steps. For approved returns, we will provide the destination address, packing instructions, and applicable shipping arrangements.

Please contact us before dispatching a return so we can identify the parcel and direct it to the appropriate facility. This procedure does not make a statutory withdrawal dependent on our approval.

Our business registration address is not a designated return warehouse.

Please do not send products to that address unless our support team specifically instructs you to do so. The appropriate return address will be supplied after we review your request.

Depending on the order and fulfillment location, the return facility may be outside your country. We will identify the destination before you arrange shipping.

Change-of-mind returns: Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. Any optional paid return label will be offered with its cost disclosed before acceptance.

Damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed products: Velqonari™ will provide an appropriate solution at no additional cost to the customer. If a return is required, we will supply a prepaid label or arrange another method with the necessary shipping costs covered by us.

We do not charge a restocking fee.

Please check your items when they arrive. If a bowl is broken, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us with photographs of the item and packaging.

Reporting visible shipping damage within 72 hours of delivery helps us investigate promptly. A later report does not automatically invalidate an otherwise eligible claim.

Depending on the issue, we may arrange a replacement, refund, or return. Change-of-mind conditions do not apply to legitimate claims involving damaged, defective, or incorrect goods.

Under our voluntary 30-day policy, we do not accept change-of-mind returns for:

• Feeding bowls already used with food, water, or by a pet.
• Items damaged or altered after delivery through misuse or improper care.
• Personalized products, where the restriction was disclosed before purchase.
• Gift cards, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Discounted products follow the same return conditions as regularly priced products unless a specific, lawful restriction was clearly disclosed before purchase.

These limitations do not remove applicable rights relating to defects, incorrect deliveries, or other failures to meet the product description.

Contact us if you would like a different product. For preference-based exchanges, we generally handle the original purchase as a return and ask you to place a separate order for the desired item.

Replacement availability depends on stock. If we sent an incorrect or defective item, our team will arrange the appropriate remedy without requiring you to pay for another purchase.

Once a return reaches the designated facility, we will inspect it and notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds under our voluntary return policy are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after receipt and inspection. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the credit.

For change-of-mind returns, the original shipping charge is generally non-refundable, except where applicable law requires reimbursement. For merchant-error claims, we will refund applicable shipping charges where appropriate to the resolution.

If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval and the credit remains missing, contact us so we can check its status.

Where EU consumer withdrawal rules apply, you may notify us that you are withdrawing from an eligible online purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason. You must then send the goods back within 14 calendar days after notifying us.

You may inspect the product as necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning. Handling beyond that inspection may result in a deduction for diminished value. Original packaging is helpful but is not an absolute condition for exercising this right.

Customers bear the direct return shipping cost for a change-of-mind withdrawal, as disclosed in this policy. Applicable legal exceptions, including clearly personalized goods, may apply.

We will reimburse eligible payments, including the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery option, within 14 calendar days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Our voluntary 30-day policy does not reduce these statutory rights.
